DL News Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Editorial Work
DL News is committed to maintaining the highest standards of independent, transparent, and accurate journalism. As such, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in our editorial process is strictly limited.
- AI may be used to support various aspects of the editorial process, in the same way as other tools like spellcheckers or transcription tools, but it must not replace human judgment or authorship.
- All news articles and editorial content must be created by qualified human journalists and approved by an editor prior to publication.
These tools may support the editorial process but may not replace human decision-making or authorship.
Our newsroom does not publish AI-generated content under any circumstances. Any attempt to bypass or violate this policy will be treated as a serious breach of editorial standards and may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.
We believe that human judgment, accountability, and transparency are essential to journalism, which cannot be delegated to machines.
